Monkey Pole Climb

While it might be described as an action-puzzle, Monkey Pole Climb represents a totally new style of game. It was designed to be a one thumb game with simple controls and instant playability that would allow even a casual gamer to pick it up and play.

On the screen are a number of poles of various lengths. At the foot of each pole sits a monkey. Above each pole is a box. The boxes open simultaneously and from each box a balloon emerges and floats down until it reaches the monkey beneath. At that point the balloon bursts, frightening the monkey and causing him to climb up or down the pole according to the colour of the balloon. The player can press left or right to rotate the order of balloons as they descend. When all the monkeys are at the top of their pole, the level is complete.
